PT Agincourt Resources G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill in a very senior role: Junior Expeditor (SCM 0345) Sumatera Utara Responsibilities: This position will be based in SCM Department Martabe project and reports directly to Procurement Superintendent. The role of the Junior Expeditor is to provide support to the Senior Expeditor and the Expediting Funtion on site. Under the direction of the Senior Expeditor, the Expediting Team will be responsible to ensure the “On Time In Full” delivery of goods to the mine site and/or the nominateddelivery point. The majority of the incumbent tasks are aligned to site purchasing activities and PTAR’s Suppliers, International and Domestic Freight Forwarder, Timely updating of the Pronto ERP System and to provide timely feedback to all users of the purchasing system Requirements: Formal degree qualification in Purchasing/procurement,Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering. Appropriate level of high school education. Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing in mining industry. Exposure to Purchasing. Well developed computer skills(Microsoft and Outlook) and ability to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures. Strong documentation skills, sound business sense, advanced English language documentation skills with high attention to detail. Good interpersonal skill. Attention to detail. Well developed organizational skills. Experience working at multinational company. Confidence in dealing with suppliers and freight forwarders both domestically and international.
