Leadership Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To do training need analysis
• Arranging, developing and facilitating leadership training program.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in training center, especially softskill & leadership training
• Able to do Traning Need Analysis

Power Plant Senior Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrument/ DCS Engineer (several positions)

We are challenge you to join our team to maintain one of the biggest capacity Power Plant as Senior Mechanical Engineers or Senior Electrical / Instrument / DCS Engineers:

1. Senior Mechanical Engineer

• D3/ S1 from Mechanical Engineering.
• Having minimum 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance power plant.
• Depth understanding in maintenance both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci,Riau.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.

2. Senior Electrical / Instrument/  DCS Engineer (several positions)

• D3/ S1 from Electrical Engineering/ Physics instrumentation
• Having minimum 5 years experience in electrical/ Instrument/ DCS maintenance power plant.
• Depth understanding in maintenance both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci,Riau.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER POWER PLANT

Description of our Power Plant: Power Plant is the subsidy of the pulp and paper mill with the total installed capacity of 600 MW, supplying the power, steam, and other utilities to the mill operation.  Power Plant comprises 3 Power Boilers, 7 Steam Turbines, 4 Recovery Boilers, Evaporation Plant, connected  water treatment and fuel handling plans.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Effectively manage the Mechanical maintenance department of the Power Plant with the proactive approach ensure optimum performance and reliability of boiler, turbines, and other machineries though effective implementation, corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs procedures by thorough work planning process
• Effectively manage the plant to comply with all safety, ISO, and OSHAS requirements and ensure Operation Risks are effectively managed to full fill requirements of insurance and protect assets
• Be a team player to coordinate maintenance and operation department a, supporting the operational requirements by planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during on-line and off-line outages.
• Effectively communicate with inter/intra department personnel, OEM and expert consultants wherever required and maximizes the utilization of new technology
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual maintenance and plant project capital budgets scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective action for effective control.
• Succession planning, supervisor development and training of subordinates (DPL Programs)
• Provide a strong Platform for continuous improvement, energy/cost conservation initiatives and human skill development program

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Having 10 years experience in Mechanical Maintenance with at least 3 years in management level
• Advanced understanding and sound Knowledge all sections of medium sized Cogeneration Power Plant comprising of Power boilers, steam turbines and solid fuel handling
• Sound understanding of Maintenance programs, Preventive Maintenance requirements for power boilers, recovery boilers, steam and gas turbines, air compressors, water treatment and demin plants, evaporation plant, rotating equipment like pumps and fans, conveyors, etc.  Knowledge on computer based maintenance programs (SAP/MINCOM)
• Knowledge of  steam turbines operation and maintenance requirements.
• Environmental, health and safety requirements of power plant
• Willing to stay in Pekanbaru-Riau, Indonesia

Power Plant Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Do preventive and corrective maintenance for Power plant,especially in electrical aspect and Power Supply Distribution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year working experience in power plant electrical maintenance.
• Having good trouble shooting skills.
• Having knowledge of Electrical system analyzed
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci,Riau.

Graduate Trainee

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree from reputable local and overseas universities, graduated from Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics Instrumentation with min. GPA 3.00. Master degree is preferred (minimum GPA 3.25 for master degree).
• Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, Sumatera.
• Fresh graduates are preferred, max 25 years old for Bachelor Degree and max 28 years old for Master graduates.
• Energetic, dynamic, hardworker, good in interpersonal skill.
• Having organizational experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Could operate standard Microsoft Office application such as Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms. Power Point

Tax Officer

Requirements:

• D3/S1 degree in Accounting/ Taxation with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.0)
• Has 2-3 years of working experience in the same position
• Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci,Riau -  Sumatera
• Good communication in English. Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Computer literate (at least Ms.Office)

Heavy Equipment Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering
• Having depth experience in Heavy Equipment, especially excavator, dozer,and Heavy trucks maintenance.
• Having experience in managerial level and managing massive amount of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Good leadership
• Willing to have visit trip to remote area (forestry area)
• Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

Heavy Equipment Mechanical Specialist

Responsibilities:

• To strenghten workshop department in maintaining heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, skidder), preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 40 Years old
• Minimal Technical High School with 7 years experiences in similar position
• Good knowledge maintenance and repair heavy equipments (Dozer, Forwarder, Skidder) and and hands on experience multi skill in repair, overhaul, preventive maintenance and electrical.
• Willing to stay in Pangkalan Kerinci or plantation area (Forest) in Riau province.
