1. Accounting Manager

To be responsible for the orderly accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary - for an accurate accounting of the total business result
Requirements :

• S1 Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Public Accounting Firms combined with minimum 2 years experience as Accounting Supervisor in Operating Company are a must
• Good Leadership and Cooperative
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• To be located in Bitung-Tangerang ( Banten ) or Pulo Gadung-East Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )

2. Tax Manager

Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of tax professionals to ensure that the organization’s tax strategy is implemented accurately and consistently and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years experience in handling Tax field, included 1 year experience in Tax Consultant Firm is a must
• Mastering taxation Brevet A, B and C in details (certificated)
• Detail, Strong Analytical Thinking, leadership & communication skill

• To be located in West Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )

3. Recruitment Officer

Responsible in interviewing candidates and making the report for all process of the recruitment and selection activity
Requirements:

• S2 / Master Degree in Psychology (Psikolog) majoring industrial and organizational

• Minimum of 2 years experience doing the psychological assessment; although fresh graduates  are encouraged to apply

• Good command of spoken and written in English

4. Human Resources Management Officer

Responsible for maintain and update personnel administration related to Industrial Relation and Formalities

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in any major; preferably from Law
• Minimum of 5 years in handling Industrial Relation
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and to make company regulation and policies
• Good interpersonal skill

5. Management Information System

Assist the implementation of ERP project for Company and Groups

Requirements:

• S1 degree in Any major
• Minimum of 1 year experience in respective field using of ERP implementation, especially using of SAP Application; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong Communication, team work and learning ability
• To be located in West Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )

6. System Compliance Staff

Responsible to conduct internal examination, data analysis and report preparation process

Requirements:

• S1 degree in Accounting ( majoring Audit )

• Having a maximum of 1 year experience as Internal Audit; although fresh graduates  are encouraged to apply

• Having knowledge of accounting and auditing theory
• Strong communication skill & can work individually in a team

7. Accounting Staff

Responsible for good recording of all transactions

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Accounting
• Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Accounting Staff in Public Accountant Firms; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge of Accounting System

8. Accounting Supervisor

Responsible to generate report relating to Accounting matters

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Accounting

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Public Accounting Firms with 1 year experience as Accounting Supervisor in handling monitoring process invoicing, reporting for tax department and consolidation
• To be located in West Jakarta (DKI Jakarta)

9. Marketing Support

Providing all secretarial support function / services and completing all back office sales administration activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of D3 Degree in any major
• Preferably having a  minimum of 1 year experience as Marketing Support; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good command of spoken and written English

10. Customer Service Representative

Partnering with Sales Executive, to ensure all back office sales activities / administration sales activities are completed and simultaneously grow the business

Requirements:

• D3 Degree in any major
• Preferably having a  minimum of 1 year experience as Customer Service; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good command of spoken and written in English

11. Secretary

Provide all secretarial support function / services

Requirements:

• Graduate of Academy Secretary
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Secretary

12. Electrical Engineer Staff

Responsible for doing control in automation of the plant

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in automation process such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI and industrial networks.
• Proactive, strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skill and communication skill
• To be located in Bitung-Tangerang ( Banten )

13. Mechanical Engineering

Responsible in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipments (including installation, repairing, and preventive maintenance).

Requirements :

• S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Maintenance staff
• Having wide knowledge of building maintenance system (mechanical)
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

14. Research and Development

Oversee the testing of chemical products and raw materials to ensure that they meet quality standards.

Requirements :

• S1 Degree in Chemistry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

15. Sales Executive

Grow sales in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Engineering

16. Export Import Staff

Responsible in handling Export Import activities including administering Export Import documents

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience handling Export Import in Trading Industry
• Strong knowledge to handle Export Import documentation & procedures

17. Sales Executive-IT

Grow sales of IT solutions in existing customers and develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in any major
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience; although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Having a driver’s license is a must
• Willing to travel and work independently are a must

18. Technical Support - IT

Responsible for networks, PC’s installation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• D3 Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electrical Engineer
• Preferably having a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Technical Support Hardware with experiences in windows and internet setting
• Good interpersonal and communication

19. Application Engineer - SAP ABAPer

Responsible for performing computer programming, including preparation of program documentation, logic programs & structure charts, test & debugs computer programs; preparing technical documentation.

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of  ABAP Programming
• Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer
• At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) would be advantage
• To be located in West Jakarta ( DKI Jakarta )

20. SAP Functional Consultant

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum of 1 year experience as functional consultant/system analyst in ERP
• SAP configuration experiences
• Strong knowledge in SAP, both programming and system
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
• Able to Multi-task and work  under tight deadlines
• At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) would be advantage
