SUPERVISOR AREA (Medan)

General Requirements :

• Female, age between 25 -32 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major
• Familiar with Ms. Office
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Have experiences in the same position min. 2 years  
• Good in leadership, good performance, proactive
• Should live in the same city with applied area (note name of applied area : eg. Spv Area Bandung, should live in Bandung)

Responsibilities :

• Control operational activities of BA in counter
• Train and improve selling skills of BA
• Lead and motivate BA to achieve sales target
• Maintain good relationship with Department Store
• Conduct event promotion
• Provide monthly report to Brand Manager
