1. ENGINEERING MANAGER
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major) Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering
b. Min. 15 years experience in EPCI company and Min. 3 years experience as an Engineering Manager in EPC project work.
c. Candidates with several years of construction experience in oil and gas industry and power plant would be preferable.
d. Competent in coordinating and overseeing multi discipline engineers.
e. Knowledgeable in HSE concepts
f. Familiar with Microsoft Office, application of relevant design programs and Auto Cad
2. LEAD ENGINEER
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major (Electrical/ Chemical/ Civil or Ocean / Physics/ Mechanical or Metallurgy/ Naval Architect Engineer)
b. For Lead Engineer minimum 12 years experiences in design engineer oil and gas industry
c. Familiar with related standard and codes

3. LEAD PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

• Have a detailed knowledge of the codes and standards
• Must have been the engineer responsible for the upgrade design of similar brown field process systems including MAR (Maximum Risk Reduction).
• Experience in QRA/Sensitivity /ALARP
• Familiarization on FLAC model for Fire explosion study.

5. ROTATING MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design including brown field modification and construction of offshore oil & gas production facility with at least 2 rotating machinery projects.
• Mechanical, reliability, facility, or rotating equipment design engineering experience.
• Broad understanding of various rotating equipment manufacturer products and services.
• Experience in updating of specification and design of brown field process compression machinery.
• Ensuring the specified machinery will meet operational envelopes specified on the process data sheets in a safe and efficient manner.
• Detailed knowledge of applicable codes and standards
• Expert in preparing mechanical specifications, data sheets & RFQ.
• Having knowledge with International Codes and Standards related to Design of Static Equipment. Having knowledge with calculation software for mechanical calculation: pressure vessel, pumps, compressors, HVAC, air cooler and heat exchanger. Having capability to analyze technical vendor quotation (TBE).
6. TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEER
• Minimum Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications
• At least 10 years working experience as telecommunication engineer
• Good knowledge in development and operation of full-range telecommunication systems (LAN/WAN, radio/telephone transmission) for multi locations/ sites
• Review and approve specification, design and supply of telecom equipment and systems in onshore facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost
• Selecting best technical / economical solutions and products for telecommunications equipment for onshore facilities.
• Ensuring telecommunication equipment and concept overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practice.
• Good knowlegde in development and operation of full-range telecommunication systems (LAN/WAN, radio/telephone transmission) for multi locations/ sites
7. LEAD PIPELINE ENGINEER
• Minimum engineering degree (S1) preferably in Mechanical, Structural, Marine, or Metallurgy Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience both offshore and onshore
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and practices is essential.
• Knowledge of the various construction and maintenance codes and standards is very desirable.
• A good understanding of all aspects of the petrochemical industry from field acquisition through exploration, field development, engineering, manufacture, construction, operations, distribution and sales will be beneficial.
8. SENIOR NAVAL ARCHITECT
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Naval Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in hull repairs of FPSO/FSO conversions in meeting Class society requirements and in mooring system design.
9. PROJECT MANAGER
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major) Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering
• Min. 15 years experience in EPCI Company and Min. 5 years experience in the similar position.
• Experience in Floating Vessel/installation project work will be highly appreciated.
• Candidates with several years of marine construction experience in oil and gas industry including astound appreciation of start- up and operation of oil and gas facilities
• Competent in coordinating and overseeing multi discipline engineers
• Knowledgeable in Manpower, Cost Time and Resources (CTR), Work scheduling, Engineering, Performance and HSE concepts
10. PROJECT ENGINEER
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas in related duties
• Better than average numeric ability,
• Experience to handle project meeting, project filling and archiving system.
• Ensure the proper coordination between the Engineering and Procurement disciplines
• Ensure the technical coordination between various disciplines which includes document distribution and correspondence
• Knowledge of contract drawings and construction terminology
11. SITE/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
• Good leadership and project management skills
• Experience min.10 years with fabrication, service and repair for heavy equipment products in same position.
• Supervise and manage construction activities at site
• Follow and implement all procedures
• Familiar with HSE policy and procedures
• Familiar with undercarriage, frame repair, line boring and machining for heavy equipment component
12. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
• A Bachelors degree in Engineering related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in well planning, drilling safety and control; environment and regulations; and field operations for Drilling
• Minimum 8 years experience in interpreting variety of geological data to generate drillable exploration prospect and drilling operations for Geologist.
• Familiar with computer literacy and other proficient related software
• Have very high HSE compliance & performance standards
• Good command in English
13. CONTRACT ENGINEER
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• At least 5 years experience as Contract Engineer at EPC Company.
• Excellent written and verbal in English
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Having good understanding in the fundamental of condition of commercial contracts.
• Having self confidence and good personality.
14. COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
• Responsible for the execution the project start-up strategy.
• Responsible to provide assistance to the operations team for handover, start-up and ramp-up for the delivery of first year production commitments.
• Deliver the facility start-up procedures.
• Communicate these with the operations management and provide start-up training at technician level.
• Contribute to project execution as appropriate especially regarding integrated planning, completions, commissioning and build up to handover.
• Provide assurance to the operations team that all pre-start-up requirements have been fulfilled.
15. QA/QC MANAGER
• Minimum 10 years experience in the same position in oil& gas industry
• Strong Leadership
• Welding inspector and/or painting certification will be advantage
16. FABRICATION SITE MANAGER
• Good leadership and project management skills
• Experience min. 3 years with fabrication, service and repair for heavy equipment products in same position.
• Familiar with undercarriage, frame repair, line boring and machining for heavy equipment component
• Welding engineer certified will be highly regarded
17. DRILLING & SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER
• A Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• For Senior Drilling : minimum of 10 years experience in well planning, drilling safety and control; environment and regulations; and field operations
• For Engineer: minimum of 3 years of experience in drilling and completions operations.
• Familiar with computer literacy and other proficient related software
• Have very high HSE compliance & performance standards
18. GEOLOGIST OR SENIOR GEOLOGIST
• Bachelor degree in Geology/Geophysicist,
• For Senior Geologist: minimum 10 years experience in interpreting variety of geological data to generate drillable exploration prospect and drilling operations for Senior.
• For Geologist : minimum 3 years experience in interpreting variety of geological data to generate drillable exploration prospect for Geologist.
• Workstation interpretation of geological and geophysical software is required, skills in volumetric analysis and risk assessment
19. GEOPHYSICIST
• A Bachelor degree in Geophysics or Geology is required
• Min.5 years experience in interpreting well logs and petro physical analysis & in seismic mapping using work stations
• Familiar with computer literacy and other proficient related software
• Good command in English
• Be able to interpret 3-D and 2-D seismic data; experience with using Petrosys or Paradigm, EarthseisXV, Voxelgeo, Landmark, Seisworks, experience in seismic attribute analysis such as AVO a distinct advantages.
• Knowledge of and experience in mapping fluvial/deltaic clastic depositional systems.
Experienced in special reprocessing of 3D data to maximize stratigrafic information
• Strong knowledge and interest in prospect generation work and regional geology interpretation
20. PROJECT ENGINEER
• The Project Engineer role shall include but not be limited to management of a staff of engineers, designers, draftsman, and support personnel who are responsible for the quality, safety and cost effectiveness of the FEED-2 services for LIMA and KLA for brown field upgrades required for the BPWJ Rehabilitation Project.
• The Senior project Engineer must ensure that project planning, scheduling and cost control of the project including the priorities and the allocation of manpower are implemented in a timely and orderly manner so that all required technical, cost and safety standards are fulfilled and project objectives achieved.
• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in related duties
• Have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organization skills.
21. HSE MANAGER
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 10 years experiences in the same position in oil and gas industry
• Experience in conduct HSE policy and procedures

22. PROCUREMENT MANAGER

23. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR & EXPEDITER
• S-1 of Science degree in an engineering
• Experienced of procurement and material controls as well as good knowledge of oil &gas and /or LNG industries.
24. PLANNER/SCHEDULER & SENIOR PLANNER/SCHEDULER
• For Senior Planner/Schedulers Minimum 10 years experience as Lead PPC Engineer in oil & gas industry and 2 years experience in the same position
SUPPORT
25. BUYER
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position
• Familiar with Shipping and Export-Import regulation
26. Offshore Installation Manager / Superintendent
• Bachelor Science of Degree in Engineering
• Have at least 6 (six) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities or D3 graduated with at least 15 (fifteen) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities and other similar industries.
• Assisting field Superintendent.
• Collaborating with other sections/ departments.
• Managing relationships.
• Developing plans and procedures for field operation and maintenance including risk assessment and JHA.
• Participating in Safety reviews and hazards and operability studies (HAZOP)
• Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
• Experience in coordinating overall operation activities.
• Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations

27. FSO SUPERINTENDENT
• Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering
• Have at least 4 (four) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities or D3 graduated with at least 10 (ten) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities and other similar industries.
• Acting as Clients contact representative o the FSO
• Overseeing the operations and maintenance FSO and loading of crude oil cargoes.
• Providing leadership to the contractors in the daily management of environment, health and safety.
• Ensuring the FSO contractors manages its business.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating off take cargo’s from FSO
• Coordinating crude offloading activities
• Providing assistance to clients Production Superintendent
• Has Broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
• Experience in coordinating overall operation activities.
• Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations

28. MATERIAL SPECIALIST
• Minimum D3 graduated with at least 5 (five) years applicable experience in oil & gas including at least 2 (two) years in project material function.
• Has knowledge of applicable industry practices, applicable government regulations
• Experiences working in project team responsible for procurement on similar project and experiences in the use of computer program applicable to the control of procurement and expediting of project materials
• The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills
