Responsibilities:
The
EFS Sales Leader will lead a core team of professionals to drive sales
growth and sales excellence in Asia Pacific. This role will ideally be
based in a major hub city of the Asia Pacific region such as Perth or
Singapore. The location however, is relatively flexible.
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding Orders Plan and Booked Contribution Margin Objectives through established growth initiatives while monitoring and controlling sales cost.
- By working with the Asia Pacific Sales teams, drive EFS sales and new / novel offerings.
- Provide accurate forecasting of sales opportunities from a scope, timing and revenue perspective.
- Responsible for developing HON sales professionals who can understand and assess our customers' business objectives and strategies in order to develop appropriate value propositions that represent our EFS entire product and service solutions portfolio.
- Ensure the compliance of Honeywell Code of Conduct and any other policies, procedures and operating objectives.
- Work with the HPS Asia Pacific Leadership team and Global Sales function on developing and deploying various processes and tools that enhance effectiveness of EFS sales, based on the HPS Sales Operating System. This would include working better sales forecasting, Target Account planning, Estimation processes, improving sales coverage, incentive and target deployment, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology or similar discipline.
- 4-6 years experience in similar leadership role.
- Experience of operating across multiple countries, in a complex matrix multi-national organisation.
- Previous experience in business development /sales organisation.
- Proven ability to lead sales professionals, set standards for sales excellence, and mentor development of sales & professional skills.
- Excellent strategic sales planning skills.
- Demonstrated sales leadership and financial goals achievement.
- Strategic thinking, go to market strategy.
- Experience working with direct and indirect channels.
- Preferred domain knowledge and expertise with Oil & Gas transportation, storage and distribution industry in Asia Pacific.
