We are looking for a highly talented and motivated individual and a self-driven professional who will assume the responsibility as:

Project Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to set short and long term strategic objective
• Manage product performance
• Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions
• Identify the business and operational requirements
• Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including but not limited to: IT, Admin, Marketing, Sales, Design, Operations and Product Development
• Develop, manage and review Web & Mobile design, Online Marketing and Social Media strategic plans
• Display high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for existing and new products
• Manage and mentor Admin, Design, IT, Product Development, Social Media team
• Collaborate and provide support for other departmental projects as needed
• Lead the development, approval, communication & training of current and new products and its associated operational, system, process impacts to the various internal organization
• Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
• Responsible for Admin, Design, IT personnel acquisition, management and retention of personnel
• Participate in opportunity to develop both personally & professionally
• Explore new technologies for future planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience on leading team, especially on mobile and web development projects
• Drive the development & support strategy for maintaining and enhancing existing web applications
• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle and have a good understanding of modern development methodologies.
• Flexibility to juggle multiple projects while being able to solve problems independently, adapt to quickly changing priorities, maintain a high-level of work under pressure, and deliver on required timelines
• Experience with project scheduling tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, as well as ability to present and explain to technical & non-technical teams
• Experience on Object Oriented Programming, HTML/CSS, database, and Open Source
• Familiarity with agile development methods preferred
• Experience with tracking tools
• Experience with online marketing including but not limited to SEO, SEM, SMM, AdWords, AdSense, Facebook Ad
• Effective time management skills under minimum supervision
• Understanding of relational database concepts and web programming languages is a plus
• Networking and security knowledge is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly, build and maintain good relationships internally and with other teams
• High energy and motivation to learn
•  Strong desire to teach and mentor team
